Psychodynamic Psychotherapy   & Counselling

IMG_2720_edited_edited.jpg

About Me

I am an experienced MSc trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. I currently work in private practice, having previously held a full-time position with the NHS. Prior to that, I was a psychotherapist at the University College London.

I provide support for a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, bereavement, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, gender and sexuality, abuse, pregnancy difficulties, identity issues, performance anxiety, and career uncertainty. Sometimes, you might start therapy without a clear idea of what is wrong or simply to learn more about yourself. Whatever the issue may be, I am here to help.

Grappling with emotional difficulties is part of being human. Psychodynamic therapy can help us make sense of how we experience the world and improve our self-awareness -- paving the way for positive change.
