My experience and approach
I am a fully qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, with a wealth of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and demographics.
My previous experience includes working full-time for the NHS, where I specialised in supporting individuals aged 16 to 25 through the emotional challenges of early adulthood. Before that, I worked as a psychotherapist at the University College London for several years, helping students navigating the pressures of academia in a highly competitive environment.
In my private practice, I work with individuals of all ages (16+), cultures, and nationalities. I can provide support for a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, bereavement, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, gender & sexuality, identity issues, and work problems. Some people may not know exactly what they need help with, but have a sense that something is not quite right, or are looking for more confidence and self-awareness.
I provide a safe and confidential space, where my clients can gain a deeper understanding of their emotional world. Through working together, my clients develop self-awareness, insight, and the ability to make positive changes in their lives.
